1. Final Sale Policy

At The Gluten Free Quilter, we take pride in the quality of our patterns and curated goods.

  • All sales are final. * We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items—including digital patterns, physical fabric, notions, or finished goods—once a purchase has been completed.

2. Digital Products (Patterns)

Due to the nature of digital content, PDF patterns are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned."

  • No Refunds on Digital Goods: Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for a digital pattern once the download link has been generated or sent.

  • Technical Support: If you experience any issues downloading your file or notice a technical error within the pattern, please contact us at Kimberly@theglutenfreequilter.com so we can assist you in accessing your purchase.

3. Personal Use & Intellectual Property

All digital downloads purchased from The Gluten Free Quilter are intended for the personal use of the original purchaser only.

  • No Sharing: You may not email, share, copy, or distribute the digital file to others.

  • No Resale: You may not resell the pattern or any part of the instructions.

  • Copyright: All designs, images, and instructions are the intellectual property of The Gluten Free Quilter LLC. Any unauthorized distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

4. Physical Goods

While we do not offer returns, if a physical item (such as fabric or a kit) arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can address the issue with the carrier.
